Scope of Exhibits:
Meat: frozen / chilled meat, cut meat, and prepared meat;
Aquatic products: frozen / chilled aquatic products, prepared and highly processed aquatic products;
Poultry: frozen / chilled poultry, cut poultry and prepared poultry;
Fruits and vegetables: frozen / chilled vegetables, prepackaged vegetables and prepared vegetables;
Frozen wheaten food: rice glue balls, dumplings, spring rolls, glutinous rice sesame balls, cakes, pastries and etc.;
Raw and auxiliary materials: raw materials, ingredients, condiments, etc. of frozen food;
Food machinery: frozen food processing machinery, food sterilization equipment, quick-freezing equipment, packaging equipment, refrigerators and freezers, cold storage and cold chain logistics for food.
Booth Fee:
★Shell Scheme (3m*3m): USD 3500 / 9㎡
Plus 20% for corner booth
★Space Only: USD 350 / ㎡
★ Note: Each standard booth is 9 square meters, including (three side panels, carpet, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, one 220V power socket). The minimum rent of "light" is 36 square meters, "light" only provides exhibition space, 24-hour cleaning and security in the exhibition hall, excluding exhibition racks, exhibition tools, etc.
■ Exhibition Procedures
1. Fill in the Application Form and mail or fax it to the organization. Booth implementation of "first application, first payment, first arrangement" principle;
2. Within one week after the booth application, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] will be wired or paid to the organization, and the balance will be paid before July 30, 2025. After remitting the fees, please fax the bank money order to the exhibition organization.
3. Before August 10, 2025, the company profile and advertising documents (if any) shall be sent to the exhibition organization in electronic version. If translation is required, please inform in advance.
4. Arrange exhibition affairs (hotel, transportation, construction, exhibition equipment rental, on-site translation, etc.) according to Exhibitor Manual.
